Off-road race truck at speed in the desert

Our story

Built for the track. Engineered for the street.

OEM Beadlocks was founded by racers who were tired of choosing between factory fitment and beadlock capability. We built the solution we couldn't find anywhere else.

CNC machining a beadlock wheel to precision tolerances

The origin

Why OEM-style matters

Most beadlock wheels look like they belong on a show truck — oversized rings, aggressive styling, zero subtlety. That's fine for some builds. But if you're running a factory-look Tacoma, a Raptor, or a Wrangler that needs to pass tech inspection and still turn heads in the paddock, you need something different.

We started converting OEM wheels in 2014 out of a two-car garage in Phoenix. The goal was simple: take the exact wheel that came on your truck from the factory, machine it to accept a beadlock ring, and give it back to you looking like it rolled off the assembly line — except now it can hold a bead at 5 PSI on the rocks or the sand.

Today we ship to all 48 contiguous states and work with professional off-road racing teams, overlanders, and weekend warriors who refuse to compromise on fitment or function.

How it works

The conversion process

01

Select your wheel

Choose from our catalog of OEM-matched beadlock wheels. Every design starts from the factory spec for your exact vehicle — Tacoma, Raptor, Wrangler, Tundra, and more.

02

Precision machining

Each wheel is CNC-machined to accept our proprietary beadlock ring. Tolerances are held to ±0.002" — tighter than most OEM specs — so the ring seats perfectly every time.

03

Ring installation & torque

The beadlock ring is installed with grade-8 hardware and torqued to spec. We use a staggered pattern to ensure even clamping force around the full circumference of the bead.

04

Quality inspection

Every wheel is pressure-tested, visually inspected, and photographed before shipping. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't leave the shop.

05

Shipped to your door

Wheels ship double-boxed with foam protection. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Expedited options available for race weekend deadlines.

Why beadlocks

The case for running beadlocks

Low-pressure traction

Airing down to 10–15 PSI dramatically increases your tire's contact patch on sand, mud, and rock. Without a beadlock, you risk debeading the tire and losing control.

Race-proven reliability

Every major off-road racing series — Baja 1000, King of the Hammers, Ultra4 — runs beadlocks. The technology exists because the alternative fails under race conditions.

OEM fitment advantage

Factory-spec bolt patterns, offsets, and hub bores mean no spacers, no rubbing, and no compromised handling. Your truck drives exactly as the engineers intended — just with beadlock capability added.

Street-legal appearance

Our rings are designed to look like factory trim rings. Most people can't tell the difference at a glance — which matters if you're running a daily driver that doubles as a race rig.
